We start by inviting you to a free initial meeting whereby we discuss what your idea is and how we can tailor this package to suit your needs and budget.

The full package will start by discussing the idea, the pricing models and all the initial considerations that a start-up business should consider. We then develop the idea and put together a financial business plan where we can determine the level of investment required and project a minimum of 12 months post launch.

Once the plan is put together we can assess the expected level of profits and determine the business structure, going through your options of whether you should incorporate a limited company or run as a sole trader or partnership, explaining the tax implications of each scenario.
We can assess whether you will need any start-up funding such as business loans and assist you with any application required.

Once you have the funding and your plan in place, you will be able to launch your business idea but our help doesn’t stop there!

One of the most important things about a start-up business is monitoring your progress and adapting your business model for when things work or don’t work. In our planning exercise we will put together key performance indicators and profit and loss expectations, then post-launch we have to monitor the actual results against what was projected and adapt the business plan accordingly.

We can provide bookkeeping training to ensure that you continue to keep accurate records to monitor your progress or we can provide the service for you. It is also important to plan for tax bills in advance in order to ensure that you are keeping enough cash in the business to fulfil those obligations.
